01 · The request arrives

02 · FormLock checks it
The wording has to match the policy, exactly.
Coily picks out the holder, the limits, and each endorsement, then checks them against the policy record on file before anything goes out.
03 · The record outlives it
One wrong field is an E&O file.
A certificate is your agency's word about what the policy says. Coily keeps a copy of what the policy said when the certificate went out, so if anyone asks later, the answer is already on file.
