Microsoft 365 add-in
Issue certificates without leaving Outlook.
A request lands in the inbox; the Coily pane opens beside it, reads it, and drafts the certificate right there. No new tab, no retyping. It installs in about a minute and deploys to a whole agency at once.

FormLock checks the policy first
Works everywhere Outlook does
Same add-in across the classic and new Outlook, the desktop apps, and the web. It reads only the message you have open, and issuance runs through your signed-in Coily account.
Install
Three steps, about a minute.
Microsoft does not let a website install add-ins silently, so there is one paste step. After that, Coily is simply there whenever a request arrives.
Get the add-in
One small manifest file tells Outlook where Coily lives. Download it, or copy the install link if you would rather paste a URL.
Add it in Outlook
In Outlook, open Get Add-ins → My add-ins → Add a custom add-in. Choose Add from file for the download, or Add from URL and paste the link.
Open Outlook on the webOpen a request and issue
Open a certificate request email. The Coily pane reads it, shows the holder and endorsements it found, and drafts the certificate. Review and issue without leaving the message.
https://trycoily.com/api/addin/manifestPane says "This page couldn't load"?
Outlook cached an older copy of the add-in, and reinstalling on top keeps the stale copy. Remove it first (Get Add-ins → My add-ins → Custom Addins → Remove), then add it back from the install link, which always serves the current version. If the new Outlook for Windows desktop app still misbehaves, confirm the install in Outlook on the web, then restart the desktop app.
A one-click listing in the Microsoft store (AppSource) is on the way. Until it clears review, the install link above is how Coily installs.
For the whole agency
Deploy it once, centrally.
A Microsoft 365 admin uploads Coily one time in the admin center, under Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps, using the same install link. It then appears in every staff member's Outlook automatically, with no per-person setup. That is the smoothest path for a team.
Each person signs the pane in with their own add-in key, generated in the Coily dashboard under Settings → Add-in.
- 1Go to Settings → Integrated apps
- 2Upload custom apps, then provide the link below
- 3Assign it to everyone; it shows up in each mailbox

The next request is already in your inbox.
Add Coily to Outlook once, and every certificate request opens with the draft already waiting.
