Connections
Built to work with the systems your agency already runs.
Coily reads policy and holder data from your stack and writes certificate activity back. Your AMS stays the system of record; Coily handles the certificate.
Where requests come in
Meet the request where it already lives.
Outlook add-in
Issue a verified certificate beside the request email, without leaving the inbox. Admins can deploy it to the whole agency at once.
See the add-inGmail add-on
The same one-click issuance in the Gmail side panel, for agencies that run on Google Workspace.
Monitored intake inbox
A dedicated address Coily watches for your team. Forward requests to it, or point holders straight at it, and they land in your queue already read and scored.
REST API
Put Coily's proprietary knowledge-base agents to work in your own systems: ask them questions and have them draft from your policy and knowledge data over the API. Submit requests, pull certificates and verification reports, and wire webhooks into your workflows. Included on the Team plan and up.
The Outlook and Gmail add-ins are live today. The monitored inbox is available on request, and the API with its knowledge-base agents is included on the Team plan and up.
The systems underneath
Your AMS and data layer, exactly where they are.
These are the systems agencies bring to Coily. Policy data comes in today by import and through the add-ins; native connectors are rolling out in phases on the roadmap.
Outlook and Gmail are live today. AMS and data-platform connectors are on the roadmap and ship in phases; until yours arrives, Coily runs beside your AMS without touching it.
How every connector behaves
Three rules, no exceptions.
Least privilege
A connector reads only what issuance needs: policies, endorsement forms, named insureds, holders. No blanket sync, no shadow copy of your book.
The AMS stays the record
Coily is additive, never a migration. Certificate activity writes back as activity; your AMS keeps the master record it has always kept.
Every write is logged
Anything a connector writes lands on an append-only audit trail, and every issued certificate carries a tamper-evident proof of what was checked.
The other side of the counter
And when a certificate leaves your desk, it lands cleanly: holders who track compliance in TrustLayer, myCOI, Certificial, or Jones receive a standard ACORD 25 their reviewers can verify in seconds.
