Google Workspace add-on
Issue certificates without leaving Gmail.
A request lands in the inbox; Coily opens in the side panel, reads it, and drafts the certificate right there. No new tab, no retyping. Add it in a minute, or roll it out to the whole domain.
Open a request and Coily reads it here.
FormLock checks the policy first
Built for Google Workspace
The add-on renders in Gmail's right side panel and reads only the message you have open. Issuance runs through your signed-in Coily account.
Install
Three steps, about a minute.
A Google Workspace Marketplace listing is on the way. Individuals add Coily to their own Gmail; admins can deploy it across the domain from the Google Admin console.
Add it from the Marketplace
Coily installs from the Google Workspace Marketplace as a Gmail add-on. Individuals add it to their own account; a Workspace admin can install it for the whole domain.
Open GmailOpen a request
Open a certificate request in Gmail. Coily appears in the right side panel. Click its icon to open the pane beside the message.
Read, verify, issue
The pane reads the message, shows the holder and endorsements it found, and drafts the certificate. FormLock verifies every field against the policy, then you issue without leaving the thread.
Don't see the panel?
Open a message, then look for the side panel on the right edge of Gmail (the vertical strip of add-on icons). Click Coily's icon to expand it. If your organization restricts add-ons, your Workspace admin installs Coily domain-wide from Admin console → Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps.
For the whole domain
Deploy it once, for everyone.
A Workspace admin installs Coily one time from the Google Admin console, under Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → Install app, and grants it to the right org units. It then appears in every staff member's Gmail side panel with no per-person setup.
Each person signs the panel in with their own add-in key, generated in the Coily dashboard under Settings → Add-in.
- 1Go to Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps
- 2Install app, then find Coily
- 3Grant it to your org units; it shows up in every inbox
On Microsoft instead? The same add-in lives in Outlook.
The next request is already in your inbox.
Add Coily to Gmail once, and every certificate request opens with the draft already waiting.
